1. Genetic Chain of Custody Rules

For legal and relationship testing (paternity, maternity, kinship), strict chain of custody protocols apply. All parties must provide valid government-issued photo identification at the time of sample collection. Samples collected without proper identification and witness verification cannot be used for legal purposes.

2. Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to:

• Receive accurate information about test methodology and limitations
• Obtain your test results in a timely manner
• File a complaint if services are deficient
• Seek redressal through consumer courts if disputes arise

3. Test Limitations

All diagnostic tests have inherent limitations. No test is 100% accurate. Results should be interpreted by a qualified medical professional in conjunction with clinical findings and patient history.

4. PC&PNDT Act Compliance

DNA Labs India strictly complies with the Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994. We do not conduct or facilitate any form of prenatal sex determination. Violation of this provision is a criminal offense.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking unless corporate billing arrangements have been pre-approved. We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
